For our client, an outsourcing company specializing in customer service and business process outsourcing (BPO), we are looking for three experienced Project Leaders with German to join their team in Prishtina (1) and their team in Gjilan (2).

With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, our client foster a culture of professionalism, commitment, and service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Professional and personal management of customer advisors, as well as leadership of junior team leads, overseeing a team of approximately 50 collaborators
• Responsibility for maintaining client/company/project accounts
• Project implementation, report creation, and budget management
• Project control, monitoring KPIs at both project and employee levels, initiating actions, and reporting to senior management
• Applying appropriate techniques and controls to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
• Leading individual campaigns and managing employee incentive systems
• Responsibility for achieving performance targets
• Organizational tasks, including creating and analyzing project statistics
• Reviewing and optimizing workflows
• Creating and maintaining complete project documentation

Job Requirements:

• High professional qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Experience in operational process control or project oversight
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent use of MS Office and other relevant applications
