For our client, a global leading provider of smart intercom and smart home products and solutions, we are looking for a Technical Support in Madrid, Spain.
Technical Support
Location: Madrid, Spain
Responsibilities:
1.Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide appropriate solutions to help them secure projects.
2.Train clients on product technical knowledge to help them quickly familiarize themselves with product solutions.
3.Prepare technical documentation for products to assist clients in understanding product configurations.
4.Quickly resolve clients' daily technical issues with products to ensure client satisfaction with the service.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or related STEM fields; must be proficient in Spanish.
2.Prior experience in testing or technical support roles is preferred.
3.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
Remarks:
1.Only Chinese nationals are eligible, including expatriates, local Chinese residents, and international students.
2.At least 1 year of work experience (preference will be given to those with security-related experience), and must be under 30 years old.
3.Majors in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
4.Male candidates only.
5.Must be able to speak Spanish.
