Key Account Manager| FMCG Industry

Your Mission
As our client Key Account Manager, your focus will be to grow and manage strategic key accounts, ensuring our clients brand is well-positioned in the market. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, bringing mutual value and long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Achieve targets Drive sales, revenue, and brand presence within your key account area through smart portfolio management, pricing, and high-impact in-store activities.
- Build partnerships Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients; understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
- Strategic planning Monitor and improve performance through long-term planning and anticipating client business needs.
- Contract & budget management Negotiate contracts, track performance, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
- Internal collaboration Act as the central point of contact between key clients and internal departments (sales, marketing, logistics, finance).
- Flawless execution Ensure timely delivery, prevent stock issues, and support upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Reporting & insights Prepare regular performance reports, analyze market data, and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Agile mindset Be ready to support other company needs in line with your role and legal framework.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in key account or sales management (FMCG or retail background preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English; local language is a strong plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Beverage/Food)
- In-depth understanding of the sales process and market dynamics
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
