For our client, a global company based in Braunschweig, Germany, with offices in Vadodara, India, and Pristina, we are looking for an IT Requirements Analyst - German Speaking for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo. Job summary:
As an IT Requirements Analyst, your primary role will be to bridge the gap between the development team and stakeholders by clearly defining and documenting the requirements for various projects. You will play a critical role in shaping the product by gathering, analyzing, and specifying both functional and, at times, technical requirements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with designers, developers, product owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Development/Specification:
- Gather and document functional and potentially technical requirements from stakeholders.
Write detailed user stories in Jira to guide the development team.
- Facilitate and moderate alignment meetings to ensure clear communication of project needs.
Document all concepts, designs, and processes in tools such as Confluence.

- Create and maintain process models as needed to provide clarity on workflows.

- Collaboration on Design:
- Initiate and coordinate design discussions in close collaboration with designers to ensure that the user interface and experience align with the requirements.

- Quarterly Planning Participation:
- Actively participate in quarterly PI-planning sessions to align team efforts with the overall project goals.

- Support Testing:
- Provide support during the testing phase, ensuring that requirements are met and assisting with any troubleshooting.

- Backlog Management:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and project goals.

Tools You Will Use:
- Atlassian Suite: Jira for managing user stories and tasks, and Confluence for documenting project details and processes.
- Collaboration and Visualization Tools: Utilize platforms like Microsoft Teams and Miro for effective team communication and project visualization.
- MS Office Tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for additional documentation and reporting needs.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years in IT Requirements position;
- Experience with Agile environment and Scrum;
- Proven team player across the team;
- Great problem-solving skills;
- Great organizational and team collaboration skills;
- German Proficiency of B2/C1 language.
Preferred Skills:
- Defect Analysis: Experience with initial analysis of defects originating from 3rd level support is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and the development team.
- High level of customer orientation and value-driven mindset to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
A proven team player, able to work in cross-functional teams.
- German and English language proficiency is required to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
