For our office in Tirana, we are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
Job summary:
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also conduct market research, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HR services industry. Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of service agreements and successfully close sales deals. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Networking: Attend industry events and network to promote the company's services. Build and maintain a professional network to generate new business leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and effectively. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English and Albanian.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
