For our client, a multipurpose port facility located in Montenegro, we are looking for a Sales Representative. The port serves as a significant logistical and trade hub in the Adriatic region, strategically positioned outside the European Union. Key features of the port include: Ownership and Management, Facilities and Infrastructures, Capacity, Area and Free Zone Regime.

This position reports to: Marketing and Sales Manager

Main purpose of the Job: Carrying out Marketing and Sales activities

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to enhance the port's commercial success. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carries out overall market and marketing representation on gravitating area.
  • Organizes meetings with clients, travels to different areas of gravitation market in order to prepare market analysis.
  • Presents Company commercial business, reports on presentation held and create Costumer Database.
  • Continuously works on collecting data from business partners (importers, exporters, forwarders) and reports to our client.
  • Carries out other related assigned by Commercial director/Manager.
  • Can be reassigned to another job position.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education level: Bachelors degree/Masters degree.
  • Specialized knowledge: Maritime, commercial know-how of target market, updates on major international/national projects, excellent know-how on logistics and distribution supply chain on target market, updates on maritime market worldwide.
  • Skills: English Language & Computer skills.

Working conditions:

  • Fully remote
  • Full working hours
  • Probation in duration of 3 months

IMS Responsibilities: accountable for implementation of applicable IMS procedures.

H&S Responsibilities: Acts in compliance with applicable Company Risk Assessment and OHS Rulebook.

PPE: as defined in Company Risk Assessment. Obliged to use PPE when in Operations area.

Fire-Fighting Protection: trained for fire-fighting provision. Acts in accordance with applicable Company Rulebook on Fire-fighting protection.

Confidentiality Clause: employee is obliged to keep all information he/she uses/has regarding business activities of the Company Department/job position. In case of termination of employment, the employee is obliged to keep all data confidential for the period of 5 years after employment termination.
