For our Client, we are looking for:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Plan and execute the recruitment process across all bases: Georgia, Malta and North Macedonia; Research global and local markets, develop and implement recruitment practices and strategies, monitor staffing services for the organization, and manage the onboarding of new employees

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full selection process for different positions, including requisition management, development of position descriptions and recruitment approach, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the onboarding process;
  • Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes;
  • Build awareness of local and global talent market tendencies; Utilize market data and trends to develop, plan and guide the recruitment process
  • Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the company's recruitment strategy and plans;
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media, headhunting, and recommendations;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and execute effective engagement, screening, and closing approaches that deliver a diverse range of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience;
  • Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes, implementing changes and new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fit within the company's mission and strategy;
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications
  • Do the applied paperwork: Prepare and send offers to the candidates with negotiated terms, collect documentation from candidates; Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the HR Team;
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established;
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process of new employees;
  • Related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Working Experience:

  • 4 years + Experience in sourcing and recruiting tech talent across countries;
  • Experience managing and delivering against multiple searches at one time in different locations;
  • Prior Experience working with international organizations;

Standard Qualifications:

  • Ability to execute sourcing activities, including but not limited to employer brand promotion, talent engagement and attraction, supporting events and meet-ups, quality candidate pipeline generation with a significant proportion of direct and passive sourcing;
  • Strong analytic capabilities to measure, analyze and report on and hiring metrics;
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation or ability to understand employment legislations of different countries;
  • Comfortable working with software applications and SM;
  • Advanced level of English Language;
