We are currently seeking an experienced professional for our client:

Position: Engineer Tech Support (Russia)

Location: Central Administrative District of Russia
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site guidance and training for product trials, assisting customers in resolving technical issues. Serve as the technical communication bridge between customers and the company, ensuring strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions and after-sales technical support.
• Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other technical documentation.
• Gather and analyze client and market needs, offering accurate and timely feedback to the product and R&D teams.
• Participate in marketing activities and deliver keynote speeches when necessary.
• Engage in technical exchanges and collaborations with partners.
• Handle ticket processing and support-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or Internet-related industries. Familiarity with mainstream technologies and key products in the cloud computing industry. Experience in after-sales, R&D, or the operation and maintenance of medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
