Senior Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Promote company products and services to new business partners and develop existing clients in Albania and Kosovo, including systems integrators, big installers and end users.
2. Generate and follow up business/project opportunities and arrange meetings with business partners.
3. Planning and preparing presentations to business partners and other interested parties. Communicate product features, benefits and developments to business partners.
4. Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to the company products and solutions.
5. Actively encourage the specification of system integrators to include the company products and solutions.
6. Assist with the development of market strategies for the company products and solutions.
7. Deliver product and commercial training in collaboration with business partners.
8. Provide accurate and timely reports in support of your role or for management requirements.
Knowledge/ Competencies
1. With more than 5 years of experience in the security or ICT industry, master the basic knowledge of the security industry, sales project experience is needed.
2. Deep understanding of local security industry standards, familiar with local security market, has strong network with local system integrators, installers, and established presence within the end user network is a plus.
3. Should have Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor make presentations to meet customer needs, independently conduct customer visits and presentations.
4. Priority is given to candidate who has working experience in local scale integrators/security CCTV distributors, or to sales/pre-sales from security suppliers.
5. Open minded to working in a multi-cultural environment.
6. In order to carry out the work better, priority will be given to candidates whose residence address is within Great Stockholm region.
