Development Director 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategically oriented Development Director who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all processes related to expansion, construction, and technical development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing design and construction processes
• Handling the administration of building permits
• Supervising construction and technical activities
• Proposing and implementing expansion strategies (new locations, property purchases, and leases)
• Managing procurement, maintenance, and servicing of equipment
• Collaborating with audit teams, technical supervision, and contract management
• Monitoring market trends, implementing innovations, and defining growth strategies
• Ensuring the smooth operation of technical and infrastructure resources

Candidate Profile:

• ️ University degree (preferred: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Management)
• ️ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in managing construction or expansion projects
• ️ Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team 
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to construction and expansion
• ️ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• ️ Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
