For our client, who has the most modern ceramics and sanitary ware center in Kosovo, with a massive space where you can find an exceptionally wide range of state-of-the-art hydro sanitary products, we are looking for an Operations Manager for Furniture Sales.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic an Operations Manager to oversee and manage the supply chain, sales operations, and showroom activities for our furniture sales network. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing sales operations, and experience in the furniture industry or a related sector. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize supply chain activities, including procurement and logistics, both within the country and internationally.
  • Oversee local sales operations and manage exports to international markets, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales showrooms, ensuring that staff are well-trained and aligned with marketing and other departments.
  • Ensure that all showrooms are fully staffed, recruiting and hiring as necessary to maintain optimal operations.
  • Work closely with international sales showrooms to ensure consistent and aligned operations with those in Kosovo.
  • Be prepared to travel internationally to oversee and manage operations as required.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales and operations teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Bring at least 5 years of managerial experience in the furniture industry or a related sector, with a preference for experience in an international company.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the furniture industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in international operations and coordination.

  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • Previous experience in an international company is preferred.
