Job duties & responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new channels, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
- Cooperate with local customers from local markets, develop sales through existing customers or with new customers, provide support for all partners.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in responsible market.
- Conduct research to identify new markets needs and assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Meet goals with business plan and Group strategy for a responsible market.
- Develop long-term relations with new and existing customers by providing training, product presentations, logistic and technical support.
- Develop promotional strategy and activities in allocated region.
- Share knowledge with other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration in line with supervisors needs.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Taking care of fixed assets and equipment owned by the Company and direct material responsibility for those assets of the Company that are used for the implementation of tasks.
- Propose for all customers from the region discount strategy and credit limits in accordance with the limits;
- Monitoring of payment reliability and debt collection for allocated customers from the region.
- Cooperation with other employees of the subordinate area and the entire company to best perform the duties entrusted.
- Implementation of the Quality Policy adopted by the Management Board and the performance of the tasks specified in the procedures, processes and instructions of the quality system in terms of the job position.
- Taking and performing on its own initiative actions aimed at the good of the company, excluding illegal activities.
- Carrying out other supervisors' instructions concerning the work in accordance with the law and the type of work established in the contract, the purpose of which is the good of the company, excluding illegal activities.
Required professional experience, education, and skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales and servicing clients or technical field of plumbing /heating/sanitary sector; Senior Level;
- Knowledge of local sales environment, technical aspects, commercial rules;
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with customers;
- MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Word;
- Proven experience in sales in given market;
- Technical background or/and sales background;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Results-orientation and strong analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Native language: Albanian;
- Fluent English B2/C1;
