On behalf of our client, the biggest entertainment company in Southeast Europe, who is soon expanding in Albania and North-Macedonia and later in Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join them in Prishtina.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Director will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the entertainment sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of effective sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials  that align with the entertainment industry's aesthetics and standards.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools to present products and services
    compellingly.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and performance.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the sales team, aligning it with the broader goals and vision of the company.
  • Encourage forward-thinking strategies and innovative approaches to achieve long-term success.
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence by understanding and responding to the emotions of team members and clients.
  • Encourage empathy and effective communication within the sales team

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, small-medium businesses, agencies, and other industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to client

Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling entertainment products and services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
  • Implement customer retention programs to minimize churn and maximize the lifetime value of clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling, encouraging the sales team to identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within existing client relationships

Market Expansion:

  • Explore and enter new markets within the entertainment industry, both domestically and regionally.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze demographic data, consumer behaviors, and market trends to determine the feasibility and potential success of entering new markets.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Conduct thorough research on the potential client, understanding their needs, priorities, and financial capacity.
  • Clarify internal objectives and limits before entering negotiations to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Communicate openly and transparently throughout the negotiation process, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
  • Listen actively to the clients concerns and feedback, addressing any misunderstandings promptly.
  • Strive for win-win solutions that benefit both parties, fostering a positive long-term relationship.
  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance insights.
