For our client, whose main mission is to ensure that every passenger on every flight is treated fairly, we are looking for a Tourism Specialist, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Job Description:
- Carry out distribution of promotional materials;
- Carry out advising and helping air passengers to apply for compensation;
- Carry out follow up with the air passengers to help them sign the required documents and gather any missing information;
- Carry out other specifically assigned tasks related to the competences and position it performs.
Subordination, relationships, and interactions:
- This position shall be directly subordinate to the manager;
- In the process this position will collaborate with other colleagues, manager and processing team;
- This position will receive assignments from the manager;
- In the performance of its duties, this position shall establish organizational relations and relationships with air passengers and airport representatives;
- Will report the execution of their tasks in written/orally in front of the manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for distributing promotional materials, following the flight radar and processing the qualified flights;
- Takes responsibility for keeping the information safe;
- In the performance of his duties, the employee is obliged not to disseminate and not to misuse information that has become known to him due to the performance of his duties, as well as to protect the good name of the employer;
- Appears for periodic mandatory medical examinations according to a schedule set by the employer;
- Observes all internal labor order and all other administrative provisions in the performance of their duties;
- Is familiar with the rules for safety and health at work.
Job requirements:
- Achievements of the contractor
A) Type and level of education: high school
- Recommended specialty none
B) Special skills: English; Computer literacy: work with software related to EU 261/2004 Claims activities, Internet, MS Office
- Personal requirements for the performer: confidentiality and loyalty, a sense of personal responsibility and self-control, teamwork skills

- This job description is an integral part of the employment contract.
- This job description may be amended and supplemented by the employer in case of change of requirements and obligations arising from regulatory or structural changes.
