Position: Field Coordinator
The Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting the value and volume growth for CCBS and our customers by coordinating sales activities in the field. The role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and meeting sales targets. The Sales Field Coordinator will utilize retail execution data to align CCBS and customer objectives, drive improved availability and execution, and ensure compliance with all quality and quantity plans approved by the commercial department for the assigned geographic area. The role requires adherence to company policy and processes at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
More specifically, responsibilities include, but are not limited as per the following:
- Support the achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales.
- Coordinate the daily activities and movements of sales team to ensure efficient and effective routes.
- Contribute to the development of the area by ensuring the distribution of CCBS assortments to all potential/prestige customers.
- Monitor and manage the placement of promotional materials at all points of sale.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is collected, signed, updated, and reported as required by company procedures.
- Maintain and monitor all company assets within the team to ensure long-term profitability.
- Ensure regional outlets receive the best services from the sales force and wholesalers.
- Track and ensure that sales executives follow daily routines as per company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and leverage these relationships to influence decisions.
- Manage the executive sales team to ensure fair and adequate treatment of all team members and maintain accurate data related to the team.
- Set challenging objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Identify and address training and development needs within the team.
- Provide guidance and supervision to motivate sales executives to achieve target objectives.
- Ensure compliance with existing and new company operating standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance of distributors to ensure they operate according to CCBS guidelines.
- Organise and participate in periodic sales meetings.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job requirements related to Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- University degree preferably in one of the branches of Economics.
- Min 5 years of work experience in similar positions.
- To have great management, leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Good knowledge of basic economic and business concepts.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MSOffice programs.
- Good knowledge of English / Italian.
- To drive a vehicle.
