For our client we are looking for someone who will always focus on using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial and marketing data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues.
Key responsibilities:
- General accounting and administrative assistance
- Prepare reports and references for management needs
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance
- Budget creation and implementation, monitoring and control
- Implementation of advanced reporting and monitoring tools dashboards, tables, reports
- Review and analyze marketing data including social media data and trends
Other responsibilities may include:
- Corporate Secretary roles:
- Responsible for Management, Board and SH meetings + protocols + execution follow up
- Archiving and documents management
- Working with external legal advisors guidance, supervision
- Support in compiling and reporting employment related data
- Monitor market developments and assist in business development
To qualify, candidates should have:
- Graduate degree in Economy, Financial Management, Accounting or comparable degree (candidates with strong analytical skills can have degrees also in Law or Marketing)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (significant advantage to candidates with experience from major accounting firms, banks or international corporations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong quantitative skills
- Good approach towards databases and other analytical tools
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
