By joining our Sales team, you will be responsible for training, managing and motivating a team of resources, coordinating activities in a proactive and strategic way, in order to achieve the set company objectives.
What you will do:
- Motivate and support your team to achieve company objectives;
- Coordinate and manage the activities of your Team, supporting them in achieving the objective;
- Analyse and monitor the team's activities on a daily basis through company tools (sales performance report);
- Contribute to the growth of the structure, identifying commercial talents and guaranteeing them concrete professional career opportunities;
What we require:
- Strong customer orientation and goal achievement;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Strong ability to learn the technological infrastructure and analysis tools;
- Ability to propose analysis and reporting for monitoring and interpreting the team's activity;
- Knowledge of the car product and additional services in commercial, fiscal and regulatory terms;
- At least 3 years' experience in managing inbound/outbound online sales teams;
