We are is seeking a Head of Furniture Design for a Leading interior and furniture design firm to be based in the Tirana Headquarters.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team to create innovative and premium furniture designs.
• Strategize and implement design plans in alignment with the company's vision.
• Liaise with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Conduct market research to understand latest design trends and customer preferences.
• Present design ideas and prototypes to company stakeholders and clients.
• Supervise the production process to ensure adherence to designs.
• Work closely with marketing teams for promoting new designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.
• Ensure all designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Required profile

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in furniture design, ideally in a large furniture manufacturing company, with at least 4 years in a leadership role;
• Bachelors/Masters in Design from a reputed institute in Architecture, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field;
• Head Furniture Design for premium international/domestic brands;
• Entrepreneurial Vision and Thought;
• High degree of attention to detail;
• Result - oriented and creative approach;
