For our client, international telecommunication group ONE Macedonia, we are looking for:

MARKET ANALYST EXPERT

It is a newly established green field company. Aiming to set up the full operation within a year. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Market analyst Expert with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing market trends, customer demands and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and risks
• Conducting research and interpreting data on industry trends, customer behavior
• Segmentation: provide market segmentation with the use of the customer data
• Team Coordination: coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and delivery accountability across business units and partners.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, including large-scale, multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Telecom industry experience
• Exceptional communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.
