Our client, a regional leader in the production of steel radiators, wood heating boilers and pellet stoves, is looking for a Sales Representative, in Prishtina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer portfolio.
- Present products and solutions to customers and provide technical/commercial information when required.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong organizational and customer-oriented approach.
