For our client, well established international group, we are looking for:
NON-FUEL RETAIL (NFR) SPECIALIST
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures implementation of the NFR business strategy;
- Responsible for personal and teams goals achievement within set time scales and resources;
- Responsible for the development of NFR programme at EKO gas stations (Mini Market, coffee shop, car wash), as well as for additional services;
- Explores new opportunities in NFR business in order to increase and expand the business;
- Responsible for optimum assortment and placement strategies;
- Responsible for purchasing of NFR product range, identifying new suppliers and managing existing ones; negotiates the supply of the goods at the best possible conditions and as per procurement rules;
- Studies price movements and market conditions in order to formulate pricing strategies;
- Monitors the delivery of goods to gas stations and evaluates the quality of suppliers services;
- Agrees on marketing contracts with suppliers – renting of advertising space and positions – in accordance with the business plan;
- Liaises and attends meetings with other company functions necessary to aid business and organizational development;
- Collects and organizes reliable information about competitors business trends;
Maintains relevant reporting and planning systems; - Is responsible for professional development of their team;
- At all times abides by Company policies and legislation on safety, financial and corporate governance matters;
- Supervises and is responsible for legality of the activities and operations within its operational unit, i.e. activities and operations in line with the all applicable laws, standards, regulations and the Company's internal general and individual enactments, as well as the business policies and instructions of the Company, and in the position of the responsible person of the Company will be responsible and will act in front of all competent authorities in commercial offences, misdemeanors, civil and criminal procedures and all other procedures which would be initiated against the Company;
- Performs other tasks in the field of professional qualification given by the superior.
REQURED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum University degree ( 7.1 or 6.2. NQFS level) of Economics, Business, Technical or similar background , and/or;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales;
- Excellent command of English Language;
- Advanced MS Office skills
