                               Operation Specialist - Freight Forwarder, Land Transport Division

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Operation Specialist to join our Land Transport Division, specializing in groupage lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our land transport activities, ensuring efficient and reliable service to our customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of groupage lines, including shipment booking, tracking, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and customer requirements
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
- Manage and optimize transport routes, schedules, and capacity
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer needs and grow business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 3 years of experience in groupage lines, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics company
- Strong knowledge of land transport operations, including routing, scheduling, and capacity management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus (e.g., Italian, German)

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience with customs clearance and regulations
- Knowledge of international trade agreements and regulations (e.g., CMR, TIR)
