Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Albania. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global retail leader, executing marketing campaigns and strategies that engage travelers and drive sales across various retail channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results in line with Aelia Duty Free's brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales at Duty Free stores in key travel hubs. Ensure campaigns are aligned with both global and local strategies.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to create engaging content across multiple channels (digital, print, in-store), ensuring brand consistency and appeal to international traveler's.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in managing Duty Free's online presence, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website updates. Work to enhance online engagement and create seamless digital-to-physical shopping experiences.
- Brand Activation & Events: Coordinate the planning and execution of in-store activations, special events, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand visibility in airport and other travel locations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular research on customer trends, competitor activities, and new marketing innovations in the travel retail sector. Provide insights that inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
- Campaign Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics and reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and other third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, promotional tools, and products.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution, product availability, and customer experience.
- Customer Experience Focus: Ensure that all marketing activities enhance the overall customer journey, from pre-travel communications to in-store experiences, aiming to provide unique, memorable experiences for all traveler's.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail, travel retail, or luxury goods. Experience in the duty-free or travel retail industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse, international audiences.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for marketing and the retail industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
