Commercial Budget Analyst
Supervisor Position Title: Manager Commercial Planning
Work Location: Tirana, Albania
1.Purpose of the job
The Commercial Budget Analyst is responsible for supporting the budgeting and cost controlling activities within the
commercial organization. This role ensures that commercial budgets are accurately developed, monitored, and
analyzed to support strategic business decisions. The analyst partners closely with Commercial, Marketing and
Finance teams, to provide insights that improve forecasting accuracy, cost efficiency, and overall optimization of
budgeting and cost controlling processes.
2.Principal Accountabilities
-Accountability 1
Assist in preparing and consolidating the annual commercial budget and rolling (periodic) forecasts for business-
related expenditure. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams to translate commercial
plans into financial forecasts. Ensure all assumptions are aligned with market realities, commercial plans, and
business strategies.
-Accountability 2
Monitor actual commercial cost versus budget, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Close exchange with the financial planning and cost controlling teams to control and analyse budget expenditure on a monthly basis. Support the monthly business review process with clear insights and commentary on variances.
-Accountability 3
Analyze commercial cost performance by channel, activity, and product category to identify growth opportunities and profitability drivers. Track commercial spend efficiency and support ROI evaluation for business activities.

Provide support with implementation of price changes, new product launches, as well as assist with monitoring of
distributor's credit limits and approval of temporary overrides through close collaboration with a coordination of
various internal and external stakeholders
-Accountability 5
Maintain and improve commercial budgeting and reporting tools, ensuring proper structure of accounts per cost nature, channel, product category and type of activity, data accuracy and timeliness. Support process standardisation and automation initiatives across forecasting and commercial spend management. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls for all commercial expenditures.

Support of the purchase-to-pay process for the commercial departments. Adding value through coordination of
common activities and structuring of Purchase Orders.
3.Skills and Competencies
Education
College/University
Graduation in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Work Experiences
1-2 years of experience in commercial finance, budgeting, or accounting, preferably within the FMCG or consumer
goods sector.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of FMCG commercial dynamics
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills, ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficient in English and local language
- MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, POwer BI) and knowledge of financial systems
