Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to ensure that all concrete and prefabricated products meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and compliance. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control systems, managing laboratory testing and supporting continuous improvement in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for all production stages.
• Supervise material testing (concrete, steel reinforcement, aggregates, etc.) and ensure
• compliance with internal and external standards.
• Inspect finished products and ensure they meet technical specifications and customer
• requirements.
• Maintain documentation for product certification, quality reports, and audit compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Train and support production teams in maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Factory Manager and Technical Department to optimize process efficiency
• and minimize defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Materials Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum 35 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in concrete,
• construction materials, or prefabrication industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and EN/ASTM standards for concrete
• production.
• Experience with laboratory testing methods and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
