Job Summary
The Senior IT Support Officer is responsible for delivering efficient and reliable IT support services across the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems within a real estate development and construction environment.

The role supports both office-based teams and project sites, providing technical support, maintaining infrastructure stability, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across head office and project sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support site offices (construction projects) with IT setup and connectivity.

Systems & Infrastructure

  • Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, connectivity, and firewalls.
  • Support server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure proper functioning of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business applications.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.

Helpdesk & SLA Management

  • Manage and update tickets using the IT Service Desk system, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Respond proactively to support requests and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

Backup, Security & Compliance

  • Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies, antivirus systems, and data protection protocols.
  • Assist in implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Project & Site IT Support

  • Coordinate IT setup for new project sites, sales centers, and offices.
  • Ensure stable internet connectivity and communication systems across remote locations.
  • Provide on-site support for construction teams and project staff.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools relevant to the business.
  • Support implementation of digital solutions across real estate operations.

HSE & Compliance

  • Support IT-related HSE initiatives, especially for site environments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT support systems and helpdesk tools, hardware and software troubleshooting and configuration, and network infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Understanding of multi-site IT environments (office + construction sites).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet SLA requirements.

Job Experience

  • Minimum 6–8 years of IT support experience, with at least 4–5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Albania or the Western Balkans is an advantage.

Education
