As the Brand Manager, you will serve as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency, coherence, and excellence across all touchpoints, from advertising and promotions to social media, campaigns, and internal communications. Brand Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen brand recognition, positioning, and reputation across markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans that drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning and deliver measurable business results.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budget by optimizing spending across media, consumer and trade activations and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that align with the groups vision and goals.
  • Define and maintain brand standards, ensuring all communications reflect the brands mission and identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to turn marketing strategies into measurable results.
  • Track, evaluate and follow up campaign performance, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage brand P&L, optimizing performance and growth relative to competitors.
  • Prepare regular brand reports, highlighting progress, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.

Brand Manager Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
  • High proficiency in English (IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC certification is an advantage).
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and marketing innovations.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • A valid drivers license.
