For our client, a fast-growing company in the gastronomy/restaurant sector in Kosovo, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Area Manager to support their continued growth and development.

Location: Prishtina Region

Position Type: Full Time 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and ensure consistency and efficiency of daily operations.

• Monitor service and food quality to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

• Analyze restaurant performance and create improvement plans.

• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.

• Evaluate staff performance and resolve operational issues.

• Define and manage budgets for the restaurants in the area.

• Ensure cost control and profit optimization.

• Guarantee a positive and satisfactory customer experience.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve potential issues.

• Ensure restaurants comply with all local and national regulations, including food safety and health standards.

• Monitor safety and hygiene in kitchens and facilities.

• Report performance and operational issues to senior management.

• Participate in meetings and ensure all restaurants align with company policies and vision.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in the gastronomy/restaurant sector.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
