As a Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities across the company, coordinating documentation and processes, communicating with clients and institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support across the company's day-to-day activities
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project and tender documentation
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and administrative processes
  • Support and coordinate tender and project-related procedures
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, institutions, and external collaborators
  • Track project progress and assist with operational coordination across teams
  • Manage internal documentation, records, and reporting materials
  • Support ongoing business operations through organization, coordination, and execution of various tasks
  • Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative responsibilities based on business needs

Required Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Macedonian and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail combined with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-initiated approach to work
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes and responsibilities
  • High digital literacy and confidence working with:
    • Google Workspace
    • Microsoft Office
    • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have  

  • Educational background in Law, Administration, Business, Management, or related fields
  • Previous experience working with tenders, contracts, or project documentation
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or operational processes
  • Familiarity with project coordination and workflow management
  • Experience working in dynamic or startup-like environments
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
