Our client, a leading commercial bank focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Kosovo operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager responsible for increasing brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition and retention, and driving the adoption of the banks products and digital channels. The role is strongly focused on understanding customer behavior, delivering clear and effective communication, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reputation
• Support new client acquisition and existing client engagement
• Promote bank products and services through clear, customer-focused messaging
• Drive adoption of digital channels (mobile, online, self-service)
• Gather and analyze market and customer insights to guide marketing decisions
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and results

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and customer journeys
• Proven experience in brand and marketing communication
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and UX-driven campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and campaign metrics
• Ability to work closely with Sales, Product, Contact Center, and Branch Network
• Working knowledge of retail banking products (cards, loans, deposits, payments)

• Comfortable working in a performance-oriented, regulated environment
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
