Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Overview:

• Reporting English language Local language 1
• Direct Supervisor 2 (Direct line) : Logistics Manager
• Manage demand from clients for different products and ensure delivery on time.
• Order raw materials to suppliers based on the clients` demand and follow-up to make sure they are delivered on time.
• Communicate and follow-up with clients to confirm deliveries and pick-up of products.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, optimising inventory level and following up consumption level.
• Plan production of owned products together with logistics department colleagues.
• Plan in Excel or SAP and present the status of each product at any given time based on request of supervisor or plant manager.
• Complete any other tasks related to managing the supply chain of the products that is in charge of.

Requirements : 

• Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, Local language 1
• Experience in planning of Raw Materials.
• Experience in managing Purchase Orders.
• Experience in managing Client Orders.
• Experience in using Excel.
• Fluent in English.

Strong advantage: Experience in manufacturing industry.

Strong advantage: Experience with SAP (or any other ERP software).
