For our client a leading omni-channel, multi-brand and direct-to-consumer retailer with significant scale and reach across Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Brand Specialist, in Prishtina.

Responsibilites:

  • Full and continuous execution of the management of assigned brands and other brand-related activities, including:
  1. Analyzing the brands condition, performance, and positioning in the market.
  2. Evaluating activities carried out within the brand.
  3. Actively participating in, organizing, coordinating, optimizing, and evaluating activities for brand development and improvement of financial results, including staff planning and training.
  4. Taking full responsibility for brand selection, product information, and pricing.
  5. Proposing mechanisms, campaigns, gifts, and supporting materials for campaign implementation across all sales channels.
  6. Preparing reports, analyses, statistics, and presentations on brand performance.
  7. Organizing market research and preparing questionnaires for various needs.
  8. Organizing training sessions for products and brands.
  9. Developing other activities that improve the brands position and performance in the market.
  10. Coordinating activities to achieve brand objectives.
  • Cooperating with other departments to maximize potential and create synergy across all sales channels.
  • Identifying and proposing new solutions and ideas for sales and marketing activities to increase sales and strengthen the brands market position.
  • Leading the innovation process to set an example for other markets.
  • Managing the financial aspect of the brand – controlling costs and monitoring incoming invoices.
  • Seeking and establishing external partnerships that support brand development.
  • Maintaining regular communication and reporting in accordance with the instructions of the Marketing & MI Manager.
  • Coordinating with the sales department and others regarding any product changes or specifications, as needed.
  • Participating in training sessions for new managers and customer service staff to present new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously researching new advertising methods and ensuring the best possible conditions for the company.
  • Organizing and participating in promotional activities and trade fairs to promote brands.
  • Ensuring that all advertising materials comply with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
  • Cooperating with the companys legal advisor to ensure that all information is accurate and correct.
  • Continuously monitoring competitors activities and analyzing advertisements in the market to prevent misuse and maintain fair business practices.
  • Analyzing daily results and identifying trends, with the ability to react quickly and make accurate decisions that support achieving objectives.
  • Fulfilling obligations toward partners through regular reporting and documentation, ensuring that all agreement terms are respected.
  • Sharing information and maintaining continuous cooperation with other departments.
  • Maintaining and improving the companys image and reputation in communications with partners and clients.
  • Maintaining confidentiality: Under no circumstances should personal customer data or internal and confidential company information be disclosed.
  • Engaging in other duties necessary for the company, as requested by the Marketing & MI Manager or the employer.
  • Reports to and is directly accountable to the Marketing & MI Manager
