The Headhunter LTD in Albania, a daughter company of The Headhunter Karriera LLC USA, is recruiting on behalf of its client – a newly established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization experiencing significant growth. Our client delivers end-to-end business solutions to a global portfolio of companies and is seeking an organized and detail-oriented specialist to join their Back Office team.

About the Position

This position is essential for the smooth operation of the company's internal processes, providing administrative and technical support to other departments, and ensuring the accurate management of data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and accurately encode payment details using various secure online banking platforms, without engaging in direct fund handling
  • Review and verify the accuracy of customer payment records to ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Conduct regular quality checks on transaction channels and systems to confirm functionality and prevent processing issues
  • Audit daily transaction logs and assist the finance or operations team by identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, or data mismatches
  • Monitor payment activity and investigate any anomalies in coordination with relevant departments
  • Ensure all entries align with approved payment schedules and company protocols
  • Process and document requests for amendments, cancellations, or corrections to submitted payment records
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date records in the company database for tracking, audit, and compliance purposes
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing transaction reviews, identified issues, and resolution updates for management review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve payment data accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce entry errors
  • Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information and uphold all company compliance requirements
  • Perform any other duties related to quality control, data validation, or operational support as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (B2 Level)
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions & Details

Working Hours

Working days shall be six (6) days per week, including regular and special non-working holidays. The employee shall be entitled to four (4) days off per month, or one (1) day off after every six (6) consecutive working days. The standard working hours shall be eight (8) hours per day. There shall also be three (3) rotating shifts, which may be subject to change on a monthly basis.

KPI Bonus

The monthly KPI bonus is €100, divided across three components:

  • Perfect Attendance
  • No Mistakes
  • Passing Evaluation Form (graded by the supervisor or team leader)
