Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate and have prior experience in sales and marketing.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive enrolment and revenue growth for our learning programs.

Job requirements:

  • Should have experience managing Learning Centers, sales, and business development.
  • Should necessarily have experience working with educational institutes and developing Business through schools and other education institutions.
  • Excellent Sales and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents to help the institute close admissions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Teaching Experience - Have Prior experience in teaching any subject of Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
  • Managing the lead generation process with marketing agencies or teams.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
  • Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period
  • Center Manager able to manage independently centers responsibilities (Sales and Business Development) and attrition Control of the Center, implement processes .

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Science and B.Ed
  • Proven 10+ experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Extensive experience in leading successful marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Zoho, and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and good team handling skills.
  • Prior teaching experience in Science is a must.
