Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor | Data Center & Critical Infrastructure Manufacturing
A leading manufacturer of mission-critical electrical systems supporting data centers and critical infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, quality, safety, and delivery of high-reliability electrical components.
This role is ideal for a technically strong leader with a background in electrical systems manufacturing, who understands the precision, documentation, and compliance required for data center environments.
What You'll Do
As an Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of mission-critical electrical components, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to exacting quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations for mission-critical electrical systems
- Leading and supervising teams of electricians, assemblers, and technicians
- Planning production schedules and monitoring workflow, productivity, and labor efficiency
- Enforcing safety policies, compliance standards, and quality procedures across the manufacturing floor
- Ensuring all work complies with NEC, UL, and applicable codes and standards
- Coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation for data center–ready systems
- Managing multiple builds or production lines simultaneously
- Collaborating with engineering, project management, and quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Supporting factory acceptance testing (FAT) and customer requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supervising electrical manufacturing or integrated modular systems
- Data center or mission-critical systems experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience leading production teams of 15+ personnel
- Ability to manage multiple builds or production schedules concurrently
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Preferred Skills
- Experience manufacturing electrical skids, switchgear, power distribution units, control panels, or modular electrical systems
- Familiarity with UL 508A, factory inspections, and quality audits
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent electrical credential)
- Experience with Bluebeam, ERP systems, or Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
