Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-revenue electrical manufacturing and construction projects simultaneously
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate electrical bids for multiple projects at one time
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Maintain a goal-oriented, growth-focused mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment
- Demonstrate dependability through consistent attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours
- Operate as a self-starter with strong accountability and reliability
- Perform additional duties or support alternate locations as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, design, or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or demonstrated knowledge in electrical project management
- Licensed electrician or strong electrical background required
- Experience supporting or managing electrical manufacturing or data center-related projects preferred
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple bids concurrently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and influence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam
- Experience in electrical or manufacturing environments with exposure to design, finance, and management functions
