About the Role

GOR Group is partnering with an innovative client in the modular infrastructure and mission-critical industry to identify a Marketing Director who will lead the execution of the company's marketing strategy while elevating brand awareness and supporting continued business growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who enjoys bringing ideas to life through content, events, digital marketing, public relations, and executive thought leadership. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Business Development, and Sales, you'll ensure consistent brand messaging while delivering impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and generate business opportunities.

What You'll Do

Execute Marketing Strategy

  • Execute and continuously enhance the company's annual marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, customer communications, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, product announcements, and company communications.

Create Engaging Content

  • Develop and publish content across the company website, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Produce sales collateral, case studies, capability statements, proposal graphics, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • Support employment branding and recruiting initiatives through career marketing content.

Drive Brand Visibility

  • Coordinate conferences, trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, executive speaking engagements, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Manage public relations initiatives, media opportunities, award submissions, and industry recognition programs.
  • Support executive thought leadership through articles, LinkedIn content, interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

Measure & Optimize Performance

  • Monitor website traffic, digital engagement, campaign performance, and marketing analytics.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, technology, mission-critical infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Experience managing corporate branding, digital marketing, content development, social media, public relations, and events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, website content management systems, and marketing collaboration tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
