ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking experienced Field Service Technicians across multiple experience levels. Whether you're building your career in field service or you're an experienced technician looking for your next challenge, we'd love to speak with you.

COMPENSATION, TRAVEL & BENEFITS

This is a home-based position within the assigned territory and requires approximately 70–80% regional travel. Candidates must possess and maintain a valid, active driver's license and be able to meet the travel requirements of the position.

Compensation: Based on experience level, with starting hourly pay ranging from $35–$52/hour. 

Technicians receive a $68 daily per diem for travel outside a 50-mile radius and for overnight stays. Company-required airfare and hotel accommodations are fully covered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on critical power equipment.
  • Support UPS systems, switchgear, breakers, ATS, STS, PDUs, battery systems, relays, and power distribution equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in mission-critical environments.
  • Execute retrofits, replacements, modernization projects, and end-of-life upgrades.
  • Complete testing, commissioning, inspections, and technical documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and exceptional service.
  • Maintain the highest safety standards and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Senior technicians may mentor junior technicians, lead complex projects, and provide customer training.
  • Experience supporting critical electrical power systems in data centers, industrial manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, commercial facilities, or similar environments.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and commissioning experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Senior-level technicians may also:

  • Mentor and train junior technicians
  • Lead complex field service projects
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting across service teams
  • Support customer training and technical development initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience supporting critical electrical power systems in data centers, industrial manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, commercial facilities, or similar environments.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and commissioning experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Military technical background; OR Equivalent field service experience supporting critical power equipment.
  • Typical hiring levels: Technician I (1–5 years), Technician II (4–8 years), Technician III / Lead (6–10+ years).
