Job Overview

Our client is currently seeking  a Customer Success Manager, to serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive value from the company's products or services. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, fostering strong relationships, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, proactive, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and proper training on the companys products or services.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively identifying areas where they need additional support or training.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and help them achieve success with the product.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and client feedback sessions to improve customer experience.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by recognizing additional needs clients may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to attend video meetings as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or technology-driven customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with customer success analytics and reporting tools.
  • Background in project management, change management, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of customer training and onboarding strategies.
