Job Overview

We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to build automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience developing bots using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive business tasks.
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows for automation opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of automated processes and workflows.
  • Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Work with business teams to identify areas where automation can increase productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Knowledge of process automation, scripting, and API integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other automation-related programming languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver efficient automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI-based automation.
  • Understanding of workflow automation for customer support, HR, or IT operations.
  • Knowledge of database management and API-based automation.
