JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Collection Efficiency
- Conducts daily collection activities (e.g., field visits) to resolve and prevent account delinquency
- Maintains an efficient and updated record of status of collection efforts
- Maintains proper recording and documentation of field expenses to monitor and track operational expenses
- Assists in the filing of collection cases (as needed)
- Prepares monthly collection and delinquency account reports and initiates and/or makes recommendations for remedial actions.
- Keeps the collection team informed of critical issues that may affect operations.
- Works with Collections Supervisor in setting and meeting collection goals and strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Engages clients and attends to their inquiries according to company's customer service standards.
- Advises clients of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Suggests ways to improve customer service practices based on day-to-day client interactions in the branch.
