COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client within the manufacturing / construction industry is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing:

• Managing and creating content for social media. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create and Maintain Marketing Brochures for each Development with Designer
• Assist Architects with final checks on Marketing Drawings
• Create Logos and 3D drawings for marketing of each Development with Designer
• Create and Maintain Flyers with Designer, manage the distribution of the flyers with our in-house team
• Create and Maintain Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns for each Development with Designer
• Create and Maintain signboards for each Development with Designer
• Create videos with Camera Operator and Editor
• Update and Maintain Commercial, Industrial and Retail signboards with Designer
• Create QR Codes and Maintain
• Communicate with Sales Agents Distribution of Marketing items and sales agreements, sample boards and tiles

Sales and Conveyancing Assistance

• Create and Maintain Sales Agreements for each Development with Conveyance Attorney
• Create various Annexure documents e.g. Specifications list, Price list, Repayment Schedules
• Create and Maintain sample boards for Developments e.g. Cupboard colours, handles and tiles
• Create and Maintain finishes and upgrades list for each Development e.g. tiles, paint colours, cupboard colours and making sure it gets executed on site
• Ensure that invoicing for extra upgrades gets sent to clients and paid before taking occupation
• Create and Distribute hand over documents/info packs to new homeowners when taking occupation
• Follow up with contractor regarding snags in units before hand over
• For building package agreements, communication with the banks and the clients to ensure building draw payments get made before occupation

Various

• Create presentations for banks
• Assist with creating Architectural Guidelines and Annexures
• Assist with maintaining Websites
• Maintain monthly Vacancy schedule for Commercial, Industrial and Retail
• Create designs for corporate branding, e.g. Desk pads, Diaries etc.
• Organize all social events, Launch functions, Car Draws etc.
• Create and print Long Service Award Certificates

Vyfhoek Shopping Centre - Potchefstroom:

• Maintain website Update store listings and Site Layout with logos
• Manage Facebook and Advertising content
• Assist all Store owners individually with social media advertising and events

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Degree / Diploma in business, sales, marketing, communications or a related field

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Previous experience in similar position
• Manufacturing industry experience added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Understanding marketing principles, including branding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management
• Ability to analyze data from marketing campaigns and sales activities to identify trends and inform decision-making
• Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and graphic design software
