Our client is a commercial printing company providing indoor and outdoor printing services. They are looking for a young, energetic, and reliable Sales Representative to join their team as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate must be target-driven, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and passionate about acquiring new business. This is a fast-paced role where the primary focus is to hunt for new clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth for the company.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct cold calling using company-provided databases to generate new leads.
  • Source and acquire new clients through independent prospecting and networking.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations.
  • Accurately record sales activities, leads, and customer details in the CRM/database.
  • Provide weekly feedback and reporting to management on pipeline progress.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, presentations, and industry events when required.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be beneficial

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record in new business development / client acquisition (Previous experience within the large format printing/signage company will be beneficial)
  • Must be target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently.
  • Proficiency in Google and Google Work Packages
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Problem solver with a proactive mindset.
