COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client is an official distributor for many Shrink Management Solution products. They are looking for a Storeroom Stock Controller to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, offloading, unpacking, counting, and verifying all supplier inbound deliveries
• Storage and Labelling of warehouse stock
• Administering and transacting the warehouse management functions system on Computer Inhouse Stock system
• Cycle counts
• Ensuring availability of consumable stock
• Tracking of vehicle stock
• Ensure the efficient and professional running of the Stock Room in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Prepping & packing of stock daily to be distributed to clients or other branches via Courier
• Preparation of stock for installations stock to be prepped in accordance with the company standards
• Keep the Stock Room in an organized and presentable condition. All areas should be cleaned on a regular basis
• Complete any paperwork as instructed, in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, ensuring all filing is kept up-to-date and in good order

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse / storeroom
• Drivers License will be required
