Core Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and deliver digital engineering strategies aligned with client business goals and technology roadmaps
  • Configure and customize PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or equivalent tools to meet specific client needs
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders to capture current-state processes and define future-state solutions
  • Support change management activities by developing training materials, user documentation, and adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT architects, data engineers, and program managers to ensure cohesive solution delivery
  • Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to both internal teams and client leadership
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and solution demonstrations

Must-Have Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of four years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting enterprise PLM systems in a professional consulting or industry environment
  • Proficiency with at least one major PLM platform such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes Enovia
  • Strong understanding of engineering data management concepts including CAD integration, bill of materials structures, change management workflows, and configuration control
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently at both technical and executive levels
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, typically up to forty percent
