Pay/Compensation: $35.60 to $37.60 per hour

A fast-growing data and AI software company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Admin in Seattle. You will keep interviews, candidate records and hiring logistics running smoothly. This contract suits a highly organized coordinator who enjoys a fast recruiting environment.

Assignment Details
  • Contract assignment, 6 months with possible extension
  • Work setting: onsite
  • Openings: 1
  • Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks
Core Responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
  • Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS
  • Prepare offer letters and hiring paperwork
  • Coordinate onsite interview logistics and candidate visits
  • Send candidate communications and interview confirmations
  • Pull recruiting reports for hiring teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of recruiting coordination or HR admin experience
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse
  • Strong calendar management in Google Workspace or Outlook
  • Excellent written communication and discretion with data
  • Able to work onsite in Seattle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recruiting experience at a technology company
  • Greenhouse or Workday experience
  • High-volume interview scheduling experience
  • Prior contract or agency recruiting experience
  • Comfort learning new HR and scheduling systems quickly
  • Experience supporting multiple recruiters at once
