Position Summary
A leading global consulting organization is seeking two Supply Chain Digital Transformation Consultants to join their growing North American practice. Core Responsibilities
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, leading comprehensive digital transformation initiatives throughout their supply chain operations. Your core responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of current supply chain processes, systems, and pain points to identify digitalization opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Designing end-to-end digital solutions that leverage emerging technologies including cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and enterprise resource planning systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder teams including operations, IT, finance, and procurement to ensure successful solution adoption and change management throughout implementation phases.
Developing detailed business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation timelines that demonstrate clear return on investment and organizational value.
Managing client relationships with professionalism and transparency, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations and quality standards.
Providing strategic guidance on best practices, industry benchmarks, and competitive positioning within supply chain digital innovation landscapes.
Leading workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to build internal client capabilities and ensure sustainable long-term success.
Monitoring implementation progress, identifying risks proactively, and recommending course corrections to maintain project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven minimum of seven years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or operations optimization roles.
Deep expertise in supply chain management fundamentals including procurement, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
Strong understanding of enterprise digital technologies and platforms commonly used in supply chain operations, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation projects from conception through successful implementation and realized benefits.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making orientation and proficiency in business intelligence or data analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or relevant supply chain certification (APICS, CSCP) is highly valued.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, typically 20-30% of the time, with flexibility to work across North American time zones.
