Location: Locust Grove, GA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

A well-established, fast-growing distribution operation in Locust Grove, GA is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join their team at a brand-new facility. Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies accurately
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders according to daily shipment schedules and accuracy standards
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory counts by scanning product, updating records in the warehouse management system, and reporting variances to supervisors promptly
• Load and unload trailers in coordination with the shipping and receiving team, meeting daily throughput targets without compromising accuracy
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards at all times
• Follow all OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
• Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors regarding production status, delays, or equipment issues
• Support cross-functional warehouse functions as assigned, including cycle counting, labeling, and kitting tasks
• Consistently meet or exceed individual productivity and accuracy benchmarks established by facility management

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a warehouse environment
• Basic reading and math skills required for order verification and inventory documentation
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance in previous work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment while maintaining accuracy
• Willingness to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on facility needs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is preferred
