About the Role

A highly-rated waste and transportation services provider known for predictable local routes and well-maintained equipment is hiring CDL B Drivers for their Columbus, OH operation. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity running from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting residential and commercial waste transport across the greater Columbus area. The company is looking to fill 5 positions immediately and welcomes entry level drivers who are ready to build a stable, long-term driving career. Drivers on this team can expect consistent local routes, no overnight travel required, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. Core Responsibilities

As a CDL B Driver, you will:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas, including high-traffic and tight driving conditions
• Transport and handle residential and commercial waste in accordance with company and safety standards
• Travel between the office and job locations as required to support daily operations
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Work flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Represent the company professionally while on route, including safe and courteous interactions in residential and commercial areas

Required Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL required
• Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one prior to hire
• Must be at least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years and no disqualifying DUI or OVI offenses
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, no prior CDL driving experience required
