Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Milipitas, CA
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, developmental, and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' daily living and working skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
